Required Qualifications

• Strong experience with business process mapping, workflow analysis, and process modeling techniques
• Proven ability to analyze, document, and optimize end-to-end business processes
• Experience identifying automation opportunities and designing AI-ready business processes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex workflows and business requirements
• Experience translating business requirements into structured process designs, decision logic, and implementation recommendations
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Demonstrated commitment to data privacy, safety, and security

Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Process Analyst to join a dynamic team focused on transforming business operations through process optimization, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. In this role, you will analyze, document, and improve end-to-end business processes while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for operational excellence.

You will translate business needs into scalable process designs that support automation initiatives, intelligent workflows, and continuous improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and map end-to-end business processes to identify optimization and automation opportunities
• Evaluate existing workflows to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and customer and employee experiences
• Translate business process insights into detailed functional requirements, decision logic, and automation-ready process designs
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and drive process improvement initiatives
• Design scalable, repeatable business processes that enable intelligent workflow execution and AI-driven solutions
• Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement
• Support implementation of process enhancements by collaborating with business, technology, product, and operations teams
• Facilitate stakeholder discussions, process workshops, and change adoption activities
• Monitor implemented process improvements and recommend ongoing enhancements based on business performance and operational metrics
• Contribute to the development of automation-enabled products, systems, and operational frameworks
• Ensure process documentation remains accurate, standardized, and aligned with organizational objectives
• Promote best practices related to business process management, automation readiness, and continuous improvement
