Accounting Manager | Denver, CO (Hybrid)

What You'll Do

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process for multiple business lines
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Own balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, financial reporting, and variance analysis
• Partner with FP&A to improve forecasting and business insights
• Drive automation, process improvements, and financial systems enhancements
• Support external audits, technical accounting, and strategic initiatives including new product launches and acquisitions

What We're Looking For

✔ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

✔ 5+ years of progressive accounting experience

✔ Leadership experience with a passion for mentoring and developing others

✔ Strong knowledge of GAAP and month-end close

✔ Advanced Excel skills (Power Query/Power BI experience is a plus)

✔ CPA or MBA preferred

✔ NetSuite experience is a plus
