Business Development Executive

Our client is an award-winning Engineering firm partnering with leading names in Life Sciences, Food & Beverage, Data Centres, and the Public Sector. With a strong international footprint across the UK, EU, and USA, they are experiencing rapid growth and are now expanding their established sales team.

The Role

This is a high-impact, project-based business development role. You will manage existing accounts while actively hunting for new international business opportunities with Architects, Consulting Engineers, and Building Contractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Maximize revenue with existing clients and nurture long-term relationships.
• Drive international growth by hunting for new opportunities through targeted outreach.
• Manage strategic, long-term sales cycles to convert prospects into active clients.
• Take full ownership of organizing, booking, and delivering high-level technical pitches.
• Partner closely with internal Engineering, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure project success.

What we are looking for

4+ years in B2B sales and international business development.

Solid experience in lead generation, cold calling, and consistently hitting sales KPIs.

Exceptional communication skills; you must be confident delivering heavy technical and commercial presentations.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing your own schedule.

Strong proficiency in using CRM platforms to track sales activity.

Experience working with Architects/Consulting Engineers, or knowledge of the Life Sciences/Data Centre industries.

Degree in Business/Engineering and a full, clean driving licence preferred.
