Inside Sales Account Manager

As our new Inside Sales Account Manager, you'll play a key role in driving business growth by building strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities and delivering proactive sales solutions. You'll manage a portfolio of existing accounts while generating new business, using your commercial expertise to maximise revenue and provide an outstanding customer experience.

Working closely with customers and internal teams, you'll develop tailored sales strategies, promote TED's extensive product range and value-added services, and use digital tools to identify opportunities for growth. Some of your key responsibilities:

Develop and grow existing customer accounts while identifying opportunities to win new business. Generate sales through proactive outbound activity and effective follow-up of quotations and enquiries. Identify cross-sell, up-sell and own-brand opportunities to maximise revenue and margin. Build strong customer relationships by delivering professional, solutions-focused sales support.

Support marketing campaigns and use CRM tools to manage customer activity and sales opportunities. Maintain accurate customer records and contribute to achieving team sales and profitability targets. What do I need to be successful in this role?

Proven experience within a target-driven sales or account management environment. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify growth opportunities. A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Confidence using CRM systems and other digital sales tools.
