Job Description

• Lead end-to-end marketing strategy for the categories you own
• Own and allocate marketing budget across brand and performance channels
• Drive customer acquisition through data-led media and campaign strategies
• Translate consumer insights into impactful campaigns and brand narratives
• Monitor and optimise key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and LTV
• Collaborate cross-functionally with commercial and operations teams
• Champion category growth initiatives from planning to execution

The Successful Applicant

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or brand roles
• Proven ability to manage both strategic planning and hands-on execution
• Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging marketing performance metrics
• Experience across performance marketing, content, and integrated campaigns
• Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership and accountability
• Experience in consumer-focused industries such as FMCG, e-commerce, or platforms
• Track record of driving measurable business or category growth
