HR Manager (Central) Urgent up to $7000 + Bonus

• Recruitment & Onboarding
• Source permanent and contract candidates.
• Arrange interviews and process shortlisted candidates.
• Conduct reference/background searches before hiring.
• Process work pass applications and renewals.
• Manage onboarding of new employees and orientation.
• Manage an organization's workforce (approximately 100+ headcount), overseeing the employee lifecycle including resignation (offboarding), compensation management and conflict resolution.
• Payroll Administration
• Process monthly/supplementary payroll for employees via the HR system in a timely manner.
• Prepare and ensure accuracy of annual bonus and increment payouts for MD & HQ.
• Income Tax
• Training & Compensation
• Employee Grievances

Requirements

• Possess HR-related Diploma/Degree HR system user with knowledge of MOM rules and regulations
• 5–10 years' experience in full spectrum HR duties
