We’re looking for a Sales Manager who’s ready to lead by example, coach with intention, and support a high-performing team in delivering results that go beyond the numbers.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, motivate, and mentor a dynamic Sales team
• Monitor performance metrics and coach for continuous improvement
• Work closely with F&I, Service, and Parts to support seamless operations
• Deliver on both short-term goals and long-term team development

What You Bring

• Previous automotive sales leadership experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to lead by example and inspire results
• Strategic mindset and a hands-on approach
