IT Project Manager – Facilities & Workplace Technology

Atlanta, GA | Hybrid | Full-Time

A well-established firm is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technology projects supporting office openings, relocations, renovations, and expansions. This role partners with IT, Facilities, vendors, and business teams to ensure workplace technology projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects from planning through completion.
• Create project plans, timelines, and status updates.
• Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects while communicating progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT project management experience.
• Experience supporting office moves, renovations, or workplace technology projects.
• Knowledge of network, Wi-Fi, telecommunications, and conference room technology deployments.
• Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
• Experience with Jira or similar project management software is preferred.
• PMP, CAPM, or similar certification is a plus.
