What You’ll DoAs an Owner’s Representative, you will serve as the client’s trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities include

• Lead multiple projects simultaneously from planning through occupancy.* Represent the owner’s interests during design, procurement, construction, relocation, and closeout.* Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, furniture vendors, IT providers, movers, and specialty consultants.* Develop project schedules, budgets, risk logs, and action plans.* Facilitate meetings and communicate project status to executive leadership.* Identify project risks and implement solutions before issues affect schedule or budget.* Review construction documents, drawings, schedules, and vendor proposals.* Conduct site visits and quality assurance inspections.* Maintain exceptional client relationships through proactive communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• Required* Bachelor’s degree in: * Architecture * Construction Management * Interior Design * Engineering * Facilities Management * Or a related field* 3–8 years of project management experience in commercial construction, workplace projects, interior architecture, facilities, or related industries.* Strong organizational and communication skills.* Ability to travel throughout Washington, DC, Wilmington, DE, and Philadelphia, PA.Preferred* Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.* Candidates without a PMP must be willing to obtain certification within 12 months of hire.
