Regional Human Resources Business Partner

REGIONAL HR BUSINESS PARTNER - $9,000 X 13 MONTHS Charterhouse Singapore are supporting an MNC in their search for an accomplished Regional HR Business Partner to report to the Head of HR.This person will need to have previous HR support of APAC Countries and proven experience of managing complex regional HR projects simultaneously - Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for regional stakeholders with regards to projects across the strategic HR spectrum
• This person needs to be able to make decisions with speed and efficiency and pivot where needed to meet business deadlines.
• Implement, lead and manage change projects and initiatives across the region.
• Review processes and policies and make recommendations and improvements where appropriate across the region
• Work closely with stakeholders to coach and advise on HR matters where appropriate
• Take the lead on HR projects as needed ensuring high levels of engagement and seeing projects through to completion

• Strong project management skills in a proven regional capacity
• Degree holder in HR or relevant and related field
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
