Role Description

As a Senior Program Manager at Jabil, you will lead complex customer programs from concept through launch and ongoing production. You will oversee cross-functional teams in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, and finance to ensure that program scope, timelines, budgets, and quality targets are met.

Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project plans, tracking milestones, mitigating risks, and communicating progress and issues to internal stakeholders and customer contacts. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, coordinate change management activities, and ensure that customer requirements are clearly translated into executable plans.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Switzerland, requiring close collaboration with local teams and global partners.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in program or project management within manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain environments, ideally in a global organization.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, customer communication, and cross-functional team leadership, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Proficiency in project planning, scheduling, risk management, and budget control using common project management tools and methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile, or similar).
• Solid understanding of end-to-end product lifecycle, including design, NPI (New Product Introduction), production ramp, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret key performance indicators, and make informed decisions that balance quality, cost, and delivery objectives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages (e.g., German or French) are an advantage.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven capability to work on-site in a dynamic environment, handle multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across cultures and time zones.
• Familiarity with sustainability, continuous improvement, and lean or Six Sigma principles is beneficial.
• Prior experience working with or for major global brands and managing customer-facing programs is a plus.
