Business Project Manager

Are you an experienced Business Project Manager with leadership experience and a strong background in digital business projects?

We are currently supporting a global reinsurance company with a requirement for an Business Project Manager.

This role combines team leadership, project portfolio management, and delivery of strategic business initiatives with a strong digital component. You will lead a team of Project Managers while driving business case development, stakeholder management, and the assessment of an enterprise workplace management platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of 3 Project Managers
• Manage digital business projects and strategic initiatives
• Review project demand intake, business cases, and portfolio priorities
• Build relationships with senior business and IT stakeholders
• Manage project pipeline, resources, and governance
• Lead the business benefit assessment of the IWMS (Planon) platform
• Prepare executive presentations and management documentation
• Drive process improvements across project and service management

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience4+ years of people leadership experience
• Strong stakeholder and senior management communication skills
• Experience managing digital business projects
• Project Management certification (PMI, PRINCE2 or IPMA preferred)
• Understanding of IT applications and service delivery environments
• Fluent English required;
