Onshore Cerner Delivery Manager must have experience in running AMS support for large healthcare including SLA & KPI based delivery, ITIL SRUM based Operations and project delivery experience. Strong Cerner Functional Breadth, preferred experience in Delivery Role with Large US Healthcare Core functional domains:

• Registration / ADT
• Charge Services / Patient Accounting
• Clinical modules (FirstNet, CareAware, Nursing)
• Ancillaries (PathNet, RadNet, Pharmacy at least dependency level)
• Core Security (access, roles, audits)
• AMS Operations & ITIL
• Incident, Problem, Change, Request (ITIL v3/v4)
• P1/P2 management and RCA ownership
• SLA/SLO tracking and reporting
• Knowledge deflection and incident trend reduction
• On call / after hours coverage model

Program Management

• Program management Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI, Lead initiatives in AI Force and AI foundry for healthcare customer.
