Job Title: Technical Scrum Master Retail

Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite)

Duration: Long-Term Contract

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Scrum Master with a strong background in Retail and eCommerce to lead Agile teams delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you'll work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to drive Agile delivery, remove roadblocks, and ensure successful execution of enterprise retail applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Agile teams using Scrum and SAFe methodologies.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owners to prioritize and refine product backlogs.
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and release planning.
• Coordinate with development, QA, business, and production support teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Track Agile metrics, team velocity, and project health while driving continuous improvement.
• Remove team impediments and promote Agile best practices across the organization.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and third-party partners on enterprise initiatives.
• Support digital transformation and modernization programs within the retail ecosystem.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Technical Project Lead.
• Strong experience working in Retail and eCommerce environments.
• Hands-on experience leading cross-functional Agile teams.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and SAFe frameworks.
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent Agile initiatives.
