Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Greenwood Village, CO
Type: Direct hire
Company located in Greenwood Village, CO has an immediate need for a Scrum Master for a direct hire position. This position will report to the Sr. Manager of Product Delivery, Network Products and participate in a team environment of ten BA's PM's and Product Managers.
Seeking a candidate to facilitate Daily Scrums, facilitate Sprint Planning & Grooming Sessions, create & maintain Scrum Boards, remove Tier 1 roadblocks, assist with Innovation R&D and implementation, assist with Agile adoption, transformation, and help foster a learn-by-doing environment and help foster and enforce a custom Product Delivery Framework (unique combination of Waterfall and Agile Scrum methodologies).
ScrumMaster experience
SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework Enterprise)
Agile AND Waterfall methodology experience
Engineering department experience (not just software development)
