Senior Accountant, Healthcare 95K-100K (2 days in office)

We are looking to fill a Senior Accountant position with a fast growing Healthcare company in Dallas. This role will be responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements, inter-company reconciliations, P&L analysis, reviewing the work of staff accountants and will report directly to the Senior Accounting Manager.

The ideal candidate will have either healthcare or multi-unit accounting experience but that is not required.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule (Only 2 days per week in office). The salary range is 95K-100K+Bonus.

Duties

• Preparation of monthly financial statements
• Assist with budget preparations
• Preparation of account reconciliations, accruals and variance analysis
• Mentor and give direction to accounting staff
• Working with external auditors and within business unit management
• Assist in Ad-Hoc projects as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Minimum of five years of accounting experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Must have excellent communications skills
