Senior Manager, HR & Corporate Affairs (Up to S$ 10k)

Brief Summary

We are seeking a Senior Manager for HR & Corporate Affairs who will play a pivotal role in managing HR functions, office operations, and corporate compliance. This leadership position offers the opportunity to influence and shape the organizational culture while ensuring streamlined administrative processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with management to oversee comprehensive HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
• Manage employee engagement initiatives, performance reviews, and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with HR-related regulations, including income tax and employee insurance.
• Supervise daily administrative operations and optimize office processes.
• Oversee the review and processing of staff expense claims and manage office-related resources such as company cars and memberships.
• Support corporate affairs, including internal audits and compliance with governance requirements.
• Assist with government interactions, memberships, and grant applications.
• Provide HR and administrative support to the branch office and coordinate with overseas colleagues on relevant matters.
• Perform ad hoc assignments and support cross-functional projects as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in HR, administration, corporate affairs, or office management.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Positive attitude, meticulousness, and a strong sense of professionalism and integrity while handling confidential information.
• Prior experience in a Japanese company, trading firm, or energy sector is advantageous.
