The role

We are looking for an International Human Resources Manager based in our Dubai office. You will manage HR operations across the group's offices and oversee the employment lifecycle of household staff employed on behalf of clients through our EOR and payroll services.

The role spans several jurisdictions, primarily the UAE, France, the UK, and the US. You will work daily with our external employment law and payroll partners in each country and with internal teams across time zones. This is a hands-on position for someone who is rigorous with contracts and compliance, and comfortable being the reference point for HR questions across an international group.
