In this role, you ll lead our commercial talent acquisition strategy across EMEA, driving the hyper-growth of our Go-To-Market teams across sales, account management, marketing, operations, advertising, and strategy. Get to know our People team what drives us, how we work, and what you can expect.

What You ll Be Doing You ll be joining the Talent Acquisition team, leading a high-performing group of over 10 recruiters across EMEA. You will partner with senior global leaders to ensure our recruitment practices align with business needs, global standards, and critical diversity initiatives. Here s what your day-to-day will look like:

Lead a high-performing team: Hire, lead, and develop a world-class EMEA GTM recruitment team, setting clear performance goals while fostering accountability and ownership.

Drive strategy and execution: Partner with commercial, finance, and people leadership to design and execute a comprehensive short- and long-term hiring roadmap.

Build scalable processes: Design, implement, and iterate on global interviewing, sourcing, and assessment tools to deliver an efficient, outstanding candidate experience at scale.

Influence with data: Deploy advanced forecasting, reporting, and analytics to track key metrics, share talent insights, and shape the broader people roadmap.

Embed DEI and values: Champion Deliveroo s diversity and inclusion goals throughout the hiring lifecycle, maintaining a high talent bar and a progressive hiring culture.
