Human Resource Recruiter Executive

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Recruiter to join our talent pool. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates across various roles and industries. The recruiter will be responsible for managing multiple hiring processes while working independently to meet recruitment targets and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing & Screening:
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, and direct outreach, and build a pipeline of qualified talent.
• Screen resumes and applications to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and qualifications.
• Send Shorlisted CVs with candidate briefing to Reporting manager for further processing
• Interview Coordination & Scheduling:
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and reporting managers, ensuring smooth scheduling and timely follow-up.
• Manage the interview process, providing feedback to candidates and hiring teams promptly.
• Assist in preparing interview questions and providing hiring managers with interview guidelines.
• Candidate Engagement & Communication:
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide a positive candidate experience by being transparent, responsive, and informative at each stage of the process.
• Address candidate inquiries regarding job roles, company culture, and benefits.

Qualifications

• Education & Experience:2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
• Professional qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field

• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Gujarati Language is must.
