We are currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our growing Sales Team at The K Club.

From identifying new corporate opportunities and conducting client visits to hosting personalised site inspections and attending industry events, you'll play a key role in driving the continued success of our meetings, conferences, events and accommodation business.

• Here's how you'll bring the K Club's trailblazing vision to life:
• Proactively identify, develop and secure new domestic corporate business opportunities across Ireland, with a focus on meetings, conferences, accommodation, incentives, corporate golf days, Christmas parties and corporate events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients through regular communication, face-to-face meetings and networking.
• Conduct regular client appointments, office visits and host personalised site inspections to showcase The K Club and drive business conversion.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, market research, cold outreach, referrals and networking activities.
• Represent The K Club at trade shows, exhibitions, networking events and industry functions to enhance brand awareness and generate new business opportunities.
• Plan and undertake regional sales trips throughout Ireland to strengthen existing relationships and develop new corporate accounts.
• Manage domestic corporate enquiries from initial contact through to conversion, preparing tailored proposals and ensuring timely follow-up to maximise revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Revenue, Conference & Events, Golf, and Operations teams to ensure the successful delivery of client events and an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain accurate client records and sales activity within Opera/CRM, ensuring opportunities, follow-up actions and account information are kept up to date.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging business opportunities to identify new revenue streams and target sectors.
• Produce regular sales reports, pipeline updates and revenue forecasts, tracking performance against agreed sales objectives.
• Act as a professional ambassador for The K Club, consistently promoting the resort's luxury offering and delivering exceptional client service.

• Available for frequent travel
• Be highly motivated and driven to achieve target
• Have existing contacts in domestic or international markets
• Will have excellent negotiation and decision making skills
• Will possess excellent communication and organisational skills
• Will have fluency in English, both oral and written
• Will be flexible in their working hours
