Regional Sales Manager

Regional Business Development ManagerExperience within construction support services, equipment rental, engineering services, or related sectors would be advantageous.

Covering the south of the country, this role will work closely with senior commercial leadership to drive sales performance, increase market share, and support long-term business growth. The successful candidate will focus on developing existing client relationships while identifying and securing new commercial opportunities across both regional and national markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to maximise revenue opportunities.
• Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within target sectors and territories.
• Develop and implement a strategic sales plan with measurable objectives and performance targets.
• Maintain an organised customer engagement schedule and accurately record activity through CRM systems.
• Keep informed on market trends, industry developments, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
• Promote the company’s expanding product and service offering to existing and prospective customers.
• Work with senior commercial management to support pricing strategies and maintain profitability targets.
• Ensure commercial activities align with agreed revenue goals and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with operational teams to support service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships across internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Complete reporting and administrative responsibilities to a high standard while identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Candidate Profile

Demonstrated success in developing and securing key commercial accounts.

Proven ability to generate new business revenue and deliver against sales targets.

Strong commercial awareness with the ability to build value-based customer relationships.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role.

Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines effectively.

Full clean driving licence required.

Interest in continuous professional development and skills enhancement.
