Accountant for Real Estate Company

Сommercial real estate investment and property management company is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant accounting across the business.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work within established business processes and deadlines. | Key Responsibilities | Process and record financial transactions accurately and on time. | Prepare, issue, and verify invoices, payment requests, and payment confirmations. | Maintain accounting records, financial registers, cash flow, and client balances. | Process approved payments and monitor outstanding receivables. | Perform daily reconciliations of bank transactions, cash, cheques, and accounting records. | Maintain complete and organized financial documentation. | Support month-end closing, financial reporting, VAT returns, Corporate Tax, payroll (WPS), and audit processes. | Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, Company policies, and internal business processes. | Identify discrepancies, resolve operational issues, and escalate risks when required. | Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations. | Requirements | Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. | Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the UAE. | Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and WPS requirements. | Experience with month-end closing and financial reconciliations. | Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills. | Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. | Excellent organizational and time-management skills. | Professional level of English. | Experience in real estate, property management, or investment companies is an advantage | What We Offer | Competitive salary. | Employment visa and medical insurance. | Professional and structured working environment. | Opportunity to participate in building and improving business processes. | Long-term career growth within a growing real estate group.
