Account Executive – PR

I am working with a well-established, award-winning PR agency in Dubai that is looking to hire an Account Executive to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their PR career who is looking to develop within a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment and work across exciting regional and international brands.

The Role

As Account Executive, you will support the wider account team in delivering high-quality PR campaigns and day-to-day client servicing. You will play a key role in media relations, content creation, reporting, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Support on day-to-day client communications and account administration

Draft press releases, media alerts, pitches, and other PR materials

Build and maintain strong relationships with media across the UAE

Conduct media outreach and secure coverage

Monitor media coverage and compile detailed reports

Assist in campaign planning and execution

Coordinate events, press conferences, and activations when required

Conduct research for new business proposals and client strategies Requirements: 1-3 years of experience within a PR agency

Strong writing skills in English – Arabic is a plus

Solid understanding of the UAE media landscape

Confident communicator with strong organisational skills

Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
