Finance Graduate – UAE National (Emiratisation)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in executing internal audit and finance-related activities under the guidance of senior team members.
• Support the preparation of audit reports, management reports, and financial documentation.
• Review financial records and operational processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with quarterly reporting, fraud risk assessments, and internal control reviews.
• Support regulatory compliance initiatives, including audit coordination and documentation.
• Participate in process improvement projects and help strengthen internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on finance, compliance, and governance-related activities.
• Stay informed on regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Key Requirements

• Emirati with FamiIy Book (Emiratisation role) – Mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
