Finance Analyst - Accounts Payable

Role Overview

To process invoices on daily basis i.e. to match them with their authorized supporting documents & receiving records, sort and book the invoices against relevant account and departments.

Support the team to continuous drive towards processing the payments.

Uphold the highest level of data protection and confidentiality towards all stakeholders.

Resolving queries both internally and externally around expected timeframe.

Process and review invoices for accuracy and proper authorization.

Prepare and process payments to vendors in a timely manner.

Ensure adherence to company policies and identify any discrepancies.

Maintain organized and accurate records of accounts payable transactions.

Completing month-end closing in line with monthly deadlinesAttend emails received in mailbox within TAT.Good written and verbal communication in English.
