Job Details

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a hotel or hospitality environment. Proficiency in Wish net Front Office, Prologic Back Office ERP, Touche F&B Software, and Pay Trax Attendance Software. Knowledge of DTCM and Municipality processes. Experience in cash handling and deposit management.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable functions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage daily cash collections, ensure timely bank deposits, and maintain documentation.
• Prepare and submit daily ageing reports to the Finance Manager.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies with internal departments.
• Coordinate with vendors and clients for billing and payment follow-ups.
• Ensure compliance with DTCM and Municipality regulations.
