Head of Finance F&B Experience Essential

Head of Finance | Dubai | F&B & Hospitality GroupWe're working with a fast-growing, multi-unit F&B and hospitality group in Dubai to find a Head of Finance who's ready to take ownership of the full finance function and grow with the business.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Partners, you'll lead all financial operations across a portfolio of venues — bringing structure, rigour, and strategic insight to a group in an exciting phase of growth.

What you'll be doing

• Full ownership of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across multiple venues
• Producing timely, accurate MIS reporting and P&L analysis for the Partners
• Overseeing VAT, corporate tax, and UAE regulatory compliance
• Managing cost control — including F&B costing, recipe costing, and margin analysis
• Building and maintaining robust financial controls, policies, and procedures across the group
• Supporting new venue feasibility, pre-opening finance, and CAPEX evaluation
• Liaising with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in a senior finance role within a multi-unit F&B or hospitality group — this is essential
• Experience managing finance across membership-based operations (fitness, wellness, or club) is a strong advantage
• ACCA, FCCA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
• UAE experience and strong working knowledge of FTA compliance
• Hands-on, commercially minded — comfortable working closely with senior leadership
