Senior Corporate Tax Consultant/Asst. Manager

Premier Brains Global is a leading Audit, Accounting, Tax, and Advisory firm serving clients across the UAE and GCC. As our Tax practice continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Tax Consultant/Asst. Manager to lead client engagements, provide technical expertise, and support the development of our expanding Corporate Tax team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end UAE Corporate Tax compliance engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Review and prepare Corporate Tax computations, returns, and supporting documentation.
• Provide technical advice on UAE Corporate Tax legislation, Free Zone regulations, and tax planning opportunities.
• Conduct Corporate Tax health checks, tax impact assessments, and compliance reviews.
• Assist clients with FTA audits, tax assessments, objections, and clarification requests.
• Prepare technical tax opinions, advisory reports, and client presentations.
• Review financial statements and identify Corporate Tax implications.
• Support Transfer Pricing compliance, including documentation and disclosure requirements.
• Liaise directly with clients, understand their business operations, and provide practical tax solutions.
• Monitor legislative developments and communicate regulatory updates to clients and internal teams.
• Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior team members.
• Collaborate with Audit, Accounting, VAT, and Advisory teams on cross-functional engagements.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality professional standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field.
• CA, ACCA, CPA, ACA, ADIT, or an equivalent professional qualification.
• 4–7 years of experience in Corporate Tax, with at least 2 years of UAE Corporate Tax experience in an accounting or consulting firm.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax Law, FTA regulations, and Free Zone taxation.
• Experience handling Corporate Tax advisory and compliance engagements.
• Good understanding of Transfer Pricing requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
• Strong communication and client relationship management abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Big 4 or reputable accounting/consulting firms.
• Knowledge of UAE VAT and international tax concepts is an advantage.
• Proven experience leading client engagements and mentoring junior staff.
