Consultant/Senior Consultant/AM/ Manager - Corporate Tax

Advise clients on complex corporate tax matters, including international tax, transfer pricing, and M&A tax structuring.

Lead tax compliance engagements, ensuring accurate and timely filing of corporate tax returns and related documentation.

Conduct thorough tax research and analysis to identify tax planning opportunities and mitigate tax risks for clients.

Develop and implement tax-efficient strategies that align with clients' business objectives and regulatory requirements. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field; Master's degree or equivalent is a plus.CA is mandatory requirementMinimum of 3-7 years of progressive experience in UAE corporate tax, with a strong understanding of relevant tax laws.

Demonstrated expertise in tax research, compliance, planning, and advisory services within a public accounting firm or corporate tax department.
