POSITION SUMMARY
Tawasul Alsada Documents Clearing LLC is seeking an experienced HR, Accounts & Performance Management Coordinator to oversee the Company's accounting operations, financial compliance, human resources administration, employee performance management, recruitment, and organizational development.
This position is critical to maintaining the Company's financial health, ensuring regulatory compliance, improving operational efficiency, developing high-performing teams, and supporting management in achieving sustainable business growth.
The successful candidate will work directly with senior management and play an active role in strengthening financial controls, improving employee performance, recruiting quality talent, and maintaining a productive, compliant, and professional workplace.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Accounting & Financial Management
The successful candidate will be responsible for
- Maintaining accurate books of accounts in accordance with UAE accounting standards.
- Recording and verifying daily financial transactions.
- Managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
- Performing bank reconciliations.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Preparing Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, Trial Balance, Cash Flow Statements, and management reports.
- Monitoring cash flow and liquidity.
- Supporting management with financial analysis and business decision-making.
- Ensuring complete and accurate financial documentation.
- VAT, Corporate Tax & Regulatory Compliance
The candidate must possess practical knowledge of UAE taxation and compliance requirements, including:
- VAT registration, amendments, and deregistration.
- Preparation and submission of VAT Returns.
- Corporate Tax record maintenance and compliance.
- Maintaining proper tax documentation.
- Coordinating with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA).
- Supporting external and internal audits.
- Ensuring compliance with UAE accounting regulations and reporting requirements.
- Maintaining statutory records and documentation.
- Budgeting, Cost Control & Profitability
Responsibilities include
- Preparing annual operating budgets.
- Preparing monthly departmental budgets.
- Monitoring budget utilization.
- Identifying unnecessary operational expenses.
- Recommending cost-saving measures.
- Monitoring business profitability.
- Preparing financial forecasts.
- Assisting management with business planning.
- Monitoring departmental expenditure.
- Supporting pricing and profitability analysis.
- Revenue Collection & Client Payment Management
The successful candidate will
- Monitor client receivables.
