Membership Administrator

Trump International Golf Club is looking for a Membership Administrator to join our Membership team and help deliver an exceptional experience for our members from their very first interaction.

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Membership Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administration of the Membership department. You'll ensure membership records are accurate, renewal processes run smoothly, reports are completed on time, and every member receives a professional and welcoming experience throughout their journey with the club.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain membership records, profiles, and documentation with accuracy
• Update and monitor the membership leads tracker and member database
• Prepare and distribute monthly membership statements and reports
• Coordinate membership renewals and process all related documentation
• Create welcome packs, member gift bags, and personalized membership materials
• Liaise closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate member billing and account management
• Monitor member gift inventory and maintain stock records
• Provide administrative support while ensuring compliance with club procedures and standards
• Welcome and assist members and guests, delivering a warm and professional front-of-house experience
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless member service across the club
• Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or membership support role
• Previous experience within hospitality, leisure, golf clubs, or a customer-focused environment is highly desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience using Jonas or Lightspeed Golf systems is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional approach
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive with a strong commitment to service excellence
