Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 3,000 per month

Role Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin & Accounts Executive to manage daily administrative functions and support basic accounting and finance activities within a freight forwarding/logistics organization.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support to senior management
• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
• Handle phone calls, appointments, and calendar management
• Arrange travel bookings, hotel reservations, and related logistics
• Draft official correspondence, emails, and documents
• Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
• Prepare spreadsheets, presentations, and basic reports
• Provide front-office support and assist visitors
• Support implementation of office procedures and policies

Accounts & Finance Responsibilities

• Maintain purchase and sales records
• Assist in invoice preparation and receivables follow-ups
• Manage petty cash and expense records
• Support bank reconciliation and maintain financial documentation
• Assist with basic tax and compliance coordination
• Generate internal MIS reports and maintain document control

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics (experience from any country accepted)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office
• Knowledge of logistics/shipping documentation is an advantage
• Good English communication skills (Hindi is an advantage)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
