Job Description

As an Account Manager at Talabat, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our restaurant and vendor partners. You will serve as the main point of contact, helping them optimize their presence on our platform, grow their sales, and ensure a high level of partner satisfaction.

Partner Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing restaurant and vendor partners.

Ensure high partner satisfaction and retention through proactive communication, support, and service excellence.

Serve as a trusted advisor, providing partners with insights that support their business growth on the platform.

Data-Driven ConsultingAnalyze sales, operational, and engagement data to identify areas for improvement in menu performance, pricing, promotions, and delivery logistics.

Share actionable recommendations based on performance metrics to drive revenue and efficiency.

Conduct regular business reviews to align on results, opportunities, and growth plans.

Account Growth & OptimizationIdentify growth opportunities within the portfolio – upsell services, suggest cross-promotions, and improve partner performance.

Support partners in optimizing content (e.g., menu structure, images, delivery times) for better customer engagement and conversion.

Recommend and coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional offers to drive order volume.

Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Logistics, and Operations to address partner needs and resolve issues promptly.

Ensure smooth onboarding, campaign execution, and issue resolution for assigned accounts.

Contract Management & ComplianceNegotiate and renew commercial agreements to ensure a fair and strategic partnership.

Ensure partners comply with service-level agreements and maintain operational standards, including delivery quality and availability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.3+ years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Partner Success (experience in food tech, FMCG, or e-commerce is a plus).
Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data dashboards and Excel/Google Sheets to analyze performance and generate insights.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Fluency in Arabic is a mustCustomer-first mindset with a strong focus on delivering value to partners.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
