Brand Designer

We are looking to hire a Brand Designer who will be responsible for delivering high-quality visual design outputs and maintaining a consistent luxury brand identity across a global portfolio for our client based in Dubai – one of the leading organizations in the region.

This is a 6-month contract and renewable based on your performance.

We are looking for a passionate Brand Designer with a strong focus on luxury branding, visual storytelling, and premium design execution. You should also have experience in packaging design, print production, and the use of modern AI-powered creative tools within design workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute visually compelling brand assets across print, digital, and on-site applications
• Ensure consistency and integrity of the brand identity across multiple global touchpoints
• Design high-end guest-facing materials such as menus, event collaterals, campaigns, and branded experiences
• Create packaging solutions for retail, amenities, and F&B products, ensuring premium quality and finish
• Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with vendors to ensure top-tier print output
• Apply strong typography, layout, and colour principles aligned with luxury brand standards
• Integrate AI tools into the creative process to support ideation, concept development, and efficiency
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, templates, and digital asset libraries
• Review and guide design outputs from internal teams and external partners for brand alignment
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, digital, and operations
• Present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively
• Knowledge, skills & experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in brand or graphic design, preferably within luxury, hospitality, or premium brands
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-end branding and creative execution
• Arabic speaker is preferred.
• Proven experience in packaging design and print production processes
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Working knowledge of Figma or similar tools for design and prototyping
• Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and printing techniques (e.g., embossing, foiling, special coatings)
• Availability:
• Preference will be given to candidates available immediately.
