What You’ll Deliver You'll assist in the development and maintenance of long-term financial modelling, commercial modelling, financial business case support, monitoring and reporting of financial performance through data gathering/extraction, data analysis, designing and preparation of relevant reports.

You'll assist in ad-hoc financial analysis using historic/trend/scenario-building, regression, monte-carlo simulations, back-testing to enable critical financial performance appraisalsYou’ll assist in the evaluation of projects/investments for financial appraisal/feasibility by estimating NPV, IRR, ROI, multi-scenario approach etc.

You’ll assist in developing and maintenance of carbon emission and carbon pricing model for Dubai Airport enabling prediction of carbon trajectory, cost-benefit analysis, and carbon equivalent benefit

What You Bring

• You should be educated to a Bachelor’s degree level in corporate finance, Valuation, Due Diligence, Investments or related with an overall of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• You’ll have extensive and comprehensive knowledge of Corporate Finance, Due Diligence, Valuations, M&A, Financial Modelling, Forecasting and Investment Evaluation.
• You’ll have knowledge of financial Forecasting
• You’ll have knowledge of Valuations (DCF, multiples)
• A professional certification in Finance (e.g. CFA, ACCA or MBA in Finance) is preferred
• Financial Modelling certification (e.g. FMVA) will be advantageous
