Job Overview

RHK Properties is looking for an experienced Accountant with strong knowledge of real estate brokerage operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, compliance, Corporate Tax, VAT, property transfers, goAML, and administrative support related to real estate transactions.

This role requires someone detail-oriented, organized, and familiar with the financial and regulatory requirements of a real estate brokerage company.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including invoicing, receipts, payments, petty cash, and expense tracking.
• Maintain accurate financial records, reports, and documentation for company transactions.
• Handle VAT preparation, filing, reconciliation, and compliance in line with UAE regulations.
• Assist with Corporate Tax documentation, records, and compliance requirements.
• Support real estate property transfer processes, including documentation, payment coordination, and transaction tracking.
• Ensure compliance with UAE real estate brokerage regulations and company policies.
• Manage goAML-related reporting, recordkeeping, and compliance coordination when required.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, government entities, developers, clients, and internal teams.
• Monitor commission records, agent payouts, receivables, and payables.
• Prepare financial reports, account statements, and management reports as needed.
• Support administrative tasks related to contracts, agreements, client files, and transaction records.
• Ensure all accounting and compliance documents are properly organized and updated.
• Assist management with any finance, compliance, or admin-related requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably in a real estate brokerage company in Dubai/UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax requirements.
• Knowledge of real estate transfers, brokerage operations, commission structures, and transaction documentation.
• Familiarity with goAML and compliance procedures is highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of accounting software, MS Excel, and financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal and external parties.
• Must be currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate to Dubai.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Dubai Land Department, developers, banks, and real estate transaction teams.
• Knowledge of AML/CFT compliance requirements in the UAE real estate sector.
• Ability to support both accounting and administrative functions.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced brokerage environment.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
