We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experiencedAccountantto join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in real estate accounting, particularly inOff-Plan Commissions, VAT, AML, and Corporate Tax.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Handleoff-plan commission calculationsand ensure accurate disbursement to agents and partners.
• Prepare and file
• VAT returnsin compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.
• Ensure compliance with
• Anti-Money Laundering (AML)regulations and maintain proper documentation/reporting.
• Assist in the preparation and filing of
• Corporate Taxreturns and ensure alignment with UAE tax laws.
• Generate financial statements, cash flow analysis, and monthly/quarterly reports for management.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable, and ensure timely settlement.
• Collaborate with auditors, banks, and external consultants as required.
• Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.2 years of accounting experience, preferably in thereal estate sector.
• Proven knowledge ofoff-plan commission handling, VAT, AML, and Corporate Taxin the UAE.Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
