About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Freelance Recruiter to support our recruitment activities across various industries in the UAE. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating qualified candidates for open positions. This is a performance-driven role where earnings are directly linked to successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and personal networks.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess suitability.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.
• Ensure candidate information and recruitment records are updated accurately.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.
• Good knowledge of UAE job market and recruitment channels.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies.
• Experience in construction, healthcare, logistics, hospitality, IT, or other UAE sectors is an advantage.
• Own laptop and internet connection preferred.

Compensation Structure

• No fixed salary.
• Payment will be made only for successful candidate closures.
• Commission / incentive per closure will be discussed and agreed upon before assignment.
• Higher incentives may apply for senior-level or hard-to-fill positions.
