Assistant Admin Manager – Retail Division

Position Summary

The Assistant Admin Manager will support the administrative and operational functions of the retail division, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and landlord obligations. The role requires proven experience in retail administration, strong coordination capabilities, and the ability to manage multiple administrative workflows with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Tenancy Administration — Manage tenancy contracts, renewals, amendments, and related documentation in alignment with company and landlord requirements.
• Lease & Contract Renewals — Ensure timely renewal of leases, licenses, permits, and administrative agreements.
• RTA Compliance — Oversee all RTA-related activities including vehicle registration, renewals, fines management, and compliance documentation.
• Vehicle & Asset Administration — Maintain records for company vehicles, insurance renewals, maintenance schedules, and coordination with service providers.
• Landlord Coordination — Serve as the primary liaison with landlords for tenancy matters, facility issues, and compliance requirements.
• General Administrative Operations — Oversee office administration, facility management, AMC contracts, vendor coordination, and documentation control.
• Regulatory Compliance — Ensure adherence to UAE regulatory standards, maintaining accurate and updated administrative records.
• Cross-Functional Support — Provide administrative support to retail operations, HR, finance, and other internal departments as required.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in administrative management within the retail sector.
• Strong understanding of tenancy management, RTA procedures, vehicle administration, and landlord coordination.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and administrative management systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline (preferred).
