Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master — Digital Assets & Stablecoin

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to own the delivery of RAKBANK’s Digital Assets and Stablecoin program — coordinating everything from smart contract development lifecycle (requirements → design → testing → deployment → upgrades) to token issuance, redemption, and custody workflows, working across Technology, Operations, Risk, and Compliance.

You’ll be the translation layer between blockchain engineers building the protocol and senior bankers who need to trust it.

What you’ll actually be doing:

• Owning end-to-end delivery of the stablecoin build — scope, plans, budgets, milestones, go-live
• Coordinating the full smart contract lifecycle: requirements, design, testing, deployment, and upgrades
• Running governance: risk registers, steering committee decks, escalations, regulatory alignment
• Managing vendors, smart contract auditors, and blockchain security reviewers
• Being the connective tissue between engineering and the business — no jargon lost in translation either directionWhy This Role Works for a Digital Nomad:

What You Bring

• 8+ years in project/program management, ideally in banking, financial services, or digital assets
• Real exposure to blockchain/crypto/stablecoin initiatives — you understand token lifecycles, smart contract platforms (Ethereum/EVM-compatible), and custody models, or you’re deeply fluent in the concepts even without a bank badge
• Strong grip on SDLC, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery — you flex to what the workstream needs
• Comfort running governance and stakeholder management at a senior level — Risk, Compliance, C-suite included
