PMO Manager

Lead DEPA's PMO as the central integrator across all live projects (UAE & KSA), ensuring on-time, on budget, on-quality delivery with strong governance, risk control, and reporting to the Managing Director.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES▸Establish and enforce PMO framework — standards, workflows, templates, and reporting cadence.▸Own portfolio-level planning, cost, schedule, and risk control across all live projects.▸Deliver executive dashboards and monthly performance reviews to MD and Board.▸Oversee governance, compliance, change control, and claims management.▸Coordinate cross-functionally with Commercial, Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and Finance.▸Lead PMO software / digital dashboard rollout ( Power BI).▸Mentor Project Managers and Directors across UAE and KSA.
