Data Entry Operator – Joinery ( Immediate Joiners only)

Enter and maintain project, production, material, and inventory data in ERP systems and spreadsheets.

Prepare and update production tracking reports, material logs, and job status records.

Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in coordination with relevant departments.

Maintain records of work orders, cutting lists, material requisitions, and delivery documentation.

Support the production, procurement, and planning teams with timely data updates.

Organize and manage electronic and physical documents related to joinery projects.

Generate reports and summaries as required by management.

Monitor data quality and ensure all records are up to date.

Coordinate with workshop, stores, and project teams to obtain and update information.

Maintain confidentiality of company and project information. High School Diploma, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, administration, or document control, preferably in a joinery, fit-out, or manufacturing environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.

Experience with ERP systems or inventory management software is an advantage.

Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
