Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a structured rotational program across multiple business functions.
• Support day-to-day operations and contribute to ongoing projects within assigned departments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business outcomes.
• Assist in research, reporting, process improvements, and operational initiatives.

• Successfully complete assigned learning modules, training programs, and performance milestones throughout the program.

• Willingness to participate in a 24-month structured graduate development program with exposure across multiple business functions, including Marketing, Sales, IT, Finance, HR, Legal, Operations, Engineering, Real Estate, and Event Management.
