Senior Accountant (Auditing Firm Experiance Mandatory)

Job Title: Senior Accountant (Candidate with Experience in Auditing Firm preferred)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team in a leading UAE-based accounting services company. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of our clients, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and providing accurate financial reporting and analysis.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting practices, especially within the UAE market, and possess strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for clients in compliance with UAE Accounting and VAT regulations.
• Ensure all financial reports are accurate, complete, and timely, providing valuable insights to clients regarding financial performance.
• Oversee and maintain the general ledger for clients, ensuring proper classification of accounts and accuracy in financial reporting
• Supervise the posting of journal entries, accruals, adjustments, and closing entries for month-end and year-end processes.
• Ensure clients' compliance with UAE VAT laws by preparing and submitting VAT returns in accordance with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) guidelines.
• Perform and review regular reconciliations of clients' balance sheet accounts, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Investigate discrepancies, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and accounts are accurate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Masters In Accounting , Finance, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in accounting At least 2-3 years in a senior role within the UAE accounting services industry.
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho etc.) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships and collaborate with the team.
• Project Wise Accounting Experience Prefered
• Language : English, Hindi, Malayalam
• Male Candidate Preferred
• Driving License Mandatory

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

License/Certification

• UAE Driving License (Required)
