Project & Operations Coordinator – Facilities Management

FMTECH, a Dubai-based Facilities Management company, is looking for a motivated fresh MBA graduate in Operations or Project Management to join our team.

The role will coordinate across AMC operations, MEP projects, quotations, procurement, project tracking, and management reporting, working closely with multiple departments to ensure timely follow-up and execution.

What we're looking for

• MBA in Operations, Project Management, or a related field
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong analytical, coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in Excel, AI productivity tools, and data analysis
• Exposure to Power BI, ERP, CAFM, or project management tools is an advantage
• Proactive, organized, and willing to learn and take ownership
• Must be available to join within 15 days
