Project Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, an excellent communicator, and able to manage multiple tasks while working closely with clients, artists, designers, suppliers, and internal teams.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
• Liaise with clients, artists, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports.
• Process orders and verify artwork, framing, and production specifications.
• Track project progress and provide timely updates to management
• Coordinate logistics, deliveries, and installation schedules.
• Maintain accurate project records and artwork databases.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Support daily administrative and operational activities as required.

Qualifications

Summary

Experience in project coordination, operations, or client service.

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Detail-oriented with proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Interest in art, design, or interior aesthetics is an advantage.

Diploma or bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
