Business Setup Consultant (UAE Experience Required)

We are looking for an experienced Business Setup Consultant with in-depth knowledge of UAE company formation and business licensing procedures. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company formations, along with a good understanding of UAE legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience in Business Setup or Corporate Services.

Strong knowledge of Dubai Mainland company formation procedures.

Experience with major UAE Free Zones, including IFZA, RAKEZ, DMCC, Meydan, SHAMS, SPC, and other Free Zones.

Good understanding of UAE licensing regulations, visa processing, and company registration procedures.

Basic knowledge of UAE corporate legal documentation, contracts, MOA amendments, compliance, and government regulations.

Experience dealing with UAE government authorities such as DED/DET, Free Zone Authorities, MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, and relevant regulatory bodies.

Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.

Strong sales, consultation, and negotiation abilities.

Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Candidates currently residing in the UAE are preferred.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred. (Own Visa Candidates Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

Advise clients on the most suitable business setup options in the UAE.

Handle company incorporation for Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore entities.

Coordinate licensing, visa applications, renewals, and corporate compliance.

Assist clients with legal documentation and regulatory requirements.

Liaise with government authorities and Free Zone officials.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure a smooth company formation process.

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
