The role

We are seeking an autonomous, senior-level IT Business Partner to bridge the gap between retail business operations and digital technology. In this role, you will take full ownership of the omnichannel customer experience (CX) roadmap, ensuring seamless integration between physical boutique systems and global e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently drive CX Strategy: Align the omnichannel product roadmap with business objectives to enhance the customer journey across digital and physical touchpoints.
• Unify Retail Platforms: Coordinate the functional integration of e-commerce platforms, CRM tools, and physical retail systems for a unified customer experience.
• Lead Store Deployments: Manage the complete IT lifecycle for new location openings, from infrastructure setup and hardware installation to cloud-system integration.
• Optimize Systems: Oversee daily operational health, system maintenance, and vendor support tickets for all in-store retail technologies.
• Manage Stakeholders: Act as the primary liaison between business units and IT teams, translating commercial requirements into technical solutions.

Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of experience in retail management, with a strong focus on omnichannel operations and customer experience design.
• Proven track record of at least 6 years in retail environments.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working functionally with major ERP and retail CRM software such as SAP and Oracle.
• Hands-on familiarity with e-commerce platforms preferably Shopify, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and store infrastructure.
• Strong independent leadership and communication skills to manage global stakeholders and complex technical roadmaps.
• Location: Dubai, UAE , open to global talent and relocation
• Experience: Senior-level (6–10 years)
