SENIOR LEGAL SERVICES, PRO & BACK OFFICE OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE – UAE EXPERIENCE MANDATORY
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 4,500 per month
Duty Time: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Location: Dubai, UAE – Deira / Karama / Al Nahda / Other Assigned Company Branches

We are urgently hiring a highly experienced Senior Legal Services, PRO & Back Office Operations Executive with strong practical UAE experience in BOTH Legal/Law Firm Services and UAE PRO Services.
The candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of directly relevant UAE experience handling both legal service operations and PRO/government processing services.
Experience only as a PRO is not sufficient.
Experience only in a legal office or law firm without practical PRO and government processing experience is not sufficient.
The candidate must have proven practical UAE experience in legal service coordination, law firm or legal consultancy operations, PRO services, immigration, visa processing, AMER, Tasheel, business formation, and back office operational processing.
Candidates with 4+ years of strong UAE experience in the combined Legal and PRO field will be highly preferred.
FRESHERS AND CANDIDATES WITHOUT DIRECT UAE LEGAL AND PRO EXPERIENCE SHOULD NOT APPLY.
The candidate must have practical UAE experience working in a law firm, legal consultancy, legal services company, or directly relevant legal service environment.
The candidate must understand how to professionally coordinate legal service files between clients, lawyers, legal consultants, back office processing teams, and management.
The candidate must be capable of independently managing back office operational processing.
This position includes major responsibility for client relationship management and collection of pending client payments.
The employee will be responsible for collecting pending payments related to active legal, PRO, visa, immigration, and business setup files.
Strong payment collection and client follow-up experience is mandatory.
Candidates who are uncomfortable with client payment follow-up and collection responsibilities should NOT APPLY.
Minimum 3 years of directly relevant UAE experience in BOTH Legal Services and PRO Services is mandatory.
4+ years of strong combined UAE Legal, Law Firm, PRO, Immigration, AMER, Tasheel, Visa Processing, and Back Office Operations experience is highly preferred.
Overseas experience alone will not be considered equivalent to the mandatory UAE experience requirement.
If you do not have practical UAE experience in both Legal Services and PRO Operations, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.
Monthly Salary: AED 3,500 – AED 4,500
The successful candidate will undergo an initial probation and performance evaluation period of 3 months.
The candidate must have valid UAE residence status and legal eligibility for the applicable initial period, subject to UAE legal requirements.
For a deserving candidate who successfully completes the initial 3-month probation period and proves strong performance, discipline, legal service knowledge, PRO processing capability, client handling skills, payment collection ability, and operational competency, the company will provide employment visa sponsorship, subject to management approval and applicable UAE laws and procedures.
This is a highly client-facing and operational position.
All employment, experience, and supporting documents may be subject to company background verification.
The candidate must be flexible to work and coordinate across all company branches and assigned operational locations.
Deira | Karama | Al Nahda | Other Company-Assigned Locations within the UAE
The company may assign the employee to any branch or operational location based on business requirements.
Branch and location flexibility is mandatory.
ONLY CANDIDATES WITH A MINIMUM OF 3 YEARS OF COMBINED UAE LEGAL SERVICES / LAW FIRM AND PRO EXPERIENCE SHOULD APPLY.
4+ YEARS OF RELEVANT UAE EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY PREFERRED.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
